Support Colorado HB 1067

The pandemic has caused colleges and universities to rethink what is truly necessary in college admission. Public health concerns prompted most colleges in Colorado and around the country to waive admission test requirements for students seeking admission. Given that students' high school grades are more indicative of their future success in college than admission tests, many colleges are considering remaining test-optional indefinitely to remove the barriers that the tests present for many students. Colorado HB 1067 would adjust state law to allow--not require--state colleges to remain test-optional if they choose to do so.
